Promises are everything to God, and therefore should be everything to us. Unfortunately, we won’t see many of His promises to us fulfilled without first learning about His nature and who He is for us.

In order to grow in our promises, we must experience His unchanging nature and heart towards us.

His promises take all the pressure out of our situations and enable us to come to a place of rest in God. Promises from Him can literally mean the difference between life and death.
When we discover His unchanging heart towards us, it becomes the place of standing in absolute confidence in the goodness of God regardless of our circumstances.9

Who God is for us is ALWAYS more important than any situation we find ourselves in.
